Synopsis:
The Chain Gang abducts reporter Marion Hawley and her cameraman. They bring her to their jail, the Hall of Correction, to interview their prisoners and put the city's criminals on notice. "If the law can't deal with them, we will!" The Chain Gang's next target: gang leader 8-Ball. They take him down, but then the cops arrive!
