Synopsis:
The Joker is shot in the face by a Rogue Ex-Cop in a Batman suit. Afterwards Bruce Wayne travels to London to attend a charity event, but things aren't as peaceful as it seems when Dr. Langstrom (AKA Manbat) appears to be in London as well.
