Synopsis:
After the events of Green Lantern: Rebirth, Hal Jordan has not only returned to the land of the living, but also returns to recently rebuilt Coast City and those who had thought Hal has been dead since the Coast City disaster. Meanwhile, discussions take place regarding the return of the Green Lantern Corps. Also, just who is the mysterious figure stating zeroing in on Coast City?
