Synopsis:
The Red Hood is holding Black Mask's stash of kryptonite hostage and is attempting to bargain with him to figure out just how badly he wants it back. The two strike a deal and Black Mask decides to send in Mr. Freeze to deal with Red Hood. The two get into a fight with Batman and Nightwing showing up later on. Afterward, the Hood disappears and reappears at a decrepit carnival where he finds Joker. Red Hood proceeds to repeatedly club Joker with a crowbar before revealing that he's Jason Todd come back from the dead.
