Dr. Donal Blake travels to San Diablo, a small country in South America under Communist control. The Executioner, ruling the country as dictator, has cut off the medical supplies sent to help those injured in the revolutionary war within San Diablo. Before the group of doctors and helpers reach land, they are attacked by jets. Thor easily dispatches them, sending alarm and interest to the Executioner inland. He assembles his tanks and plans an ambush...
Synopsis: Dr. Blake is a physician in the U.S. and is enamored with his assistant Jane Nelson. News breaks that a warlord nicknamed the Executioner has taken over a foreign country called San Diablo. U.S. medical teams are sent to help the wounded. Dr. Blake volunteers along with Jane.
While traveling via a red cross transport ship, they are attacked by San Diablo’s air force. Dr. Blake transforms into Thor and handily defeats them. The Executioner executes his high commander that “failed” to sink the ship. After the boat docks the doctors are ambushed by his men. The Executioner does not want people to receive treatment otherwise they may have strength to revolt. Dr. Blake summons a storm and changes to Thor to battle them.
The terrorists capture Jane making Thor back off. He reverts to Dr. Blake in hiding and allows himself to be captured to reunite with Jane. The Executioner orders Blake’s death at firing squad and takes his cane from him. Knowing he must have the cane to become Thor, Blake goads him into battling him with bare hands but snatches the cane and transforms himself to Thor.
Thor makes quick work of the men and the Executioner decides to flee with all the money. His own men shoot him down. Jane asks Blake where he was during the panic. He said he was hiding behind the wall. Jane thinks to herself she wished he were braver like Thor. They treat the people and leave the country for home.
