Synopsis:
Back in Asgard, Odin declares that Loki is never allowed out of their world again. Loki accepts his punishment but still looks for ways to get revenge. He spies on Thor and sees that Thor requires the hammer to stay in his godly form. Loki changes to the form of a serpent and slips past Heimdall, the guardian of the rainbow bridge.

Loki confronts Dr. Blake who immediately turns into Thor. Loki tells Thor to meet him at Center Park. It is revealed that Jane has been hypnotized into doing something later in the story. In the park Loki goads Thor into throwing his hammer. As Loki sidesteps the hammer, Jane walks into the area in a daze. Loki turns a tree into a tiger and gives Thor a choice - save Jane or retrieve his hammer. Thor save Jane but reverts to human form. Loki puts a charm on the hammer keeping Dr. Blake from retrieving it.

Loki sets about on a mischievious romp causing mayhem and confusion wherever he goes. As mayhem mounts, Dr. Blake figures out a plan. He places a Thor look-alike near the hammer and alerts the media that Thor promises to defeat Loki. Loki rushes back to the hammer and as he removes the force field to see what happens to the hammer, Dr. Blake lunges at the hammer becoming Thor once again. Loki attempts to flee but Thor captures him and delivers him to Asgard.
