Notes:
Collects the entirety of the story arc, "The Monster Society of Evil", which ran from 1943-45 in the pages of Captain Marvel Adventures. This edition was limited to only 3000 copies. The publisher made no other edition, and it is currently (as of September 2006) believed that no other publisher has yet collected the story, either. That said, you can probably get the story, incidentally, as a part of the DC Archives series, albeit not in a single volume.
