Synopsis:
Kahm follows through on her promise to take Tetsuya back to Earth, but someone shoots down their craft. When Tetsuya awakens, he hears Kahm being tortured and goes to investigate, meeting Raisa Vogel whose whole family was killed by Progresso's invasion. But rather than take his turn with her, Tetsuya unties Kahm and wants to nurse her back to health.

Back in Siberia, Neo and Jilehr discuss plans for Operation Phoenix, and it is revealed that General Togo survived the attack that destroyed Japan, thanks to Neo's powers.
