In truth, Ghuilemetti was neither the editor nor the cover artist. However, he was the publication designer, and it is his work that won an Eisner for this book. Because our database does not currently contain a way to credit publication designers, it is hoped that co-crediting him for these two categories will approximate his role in the production of this work. The original printing of this book was limited to 5000 copies. None of these are believed, as of October 2006, to still be available on the primary market. However, a second printing has been done which is indistinguishable from the first.
