Matt Murdock is convinced Elektra is alive, though she died in his arms. A government agent breaks the Punisher out of prison for some unofficial assistance. Matt's girlfriend, Heather, may soon loose her company to the scheming board of directors. Matt has a judge order Elektra's body exhumed. She is definitely dead.
