As a dazed Sub-Mariner recovers from his battle with Captain Marvel, he is attacked and beaten by a giant robot. The robot's creator captures Namor and uses him and a couple of sharks in an experiment on an olympic swimmer and diver named Todd Arliss. Todd then becomes the evil Tiger-Shark.
