World Without a Justice League

The Key is loose in Metropolis and his psychic powers are driving him to kill people. The JLA is trying to recruit Supergirl when several OMACs spawn and come after them. Red Tornado comes to join the team and the OMACs revert to human form. The Key abducts Manitou Dawn, and Donna Troy (who was recently dead) shows up.
