Letters Column: The Donut Shop

Synopsis:
A decapitated body found in an alley makes it look like the Libra Killer's back, which means Shock-Headed Peter has got some explaining that he needs to do. Meanwhile, Girl One and Kelmo Ceasar have a frank exchange concerning inter-species sexual preferences, and Lieutenant Peregrine finds herself in a crushing situation with an expansive insurance salesman. If you're not yet acquainted with the men, women and beings of Precinct Ten, it's best that you make things easy on yourself and step forward right away.
