Superman (1987) #82

Story Arc(s):    Add/remove story arcs to this issue
Reign of the Supermen!

Synopsis:
The Eradicator, Supergirl, Steel, Green Lantern, and Superboy square off against Mongul and The Cyborg over the ruins of Coast City along with the newest Superman in black in the conclusion to the Reign of the Supermen storyline which leads into the full-blown return of the Man of Steel (following his death at the hands of Doomsday a year earlier.)

Notes:
During the comics boom of the '90s, some books (like this one and Batman #500, which came out around the same time) were released as Wal-Mart exclusive editions and issued in a form identical to their newsstand versions, but with a "collectible" bag.
