Synopsis:
Zxaxz closes in and learns of Erica's whereabout. Meanwhile, Sam Guthrie, Illyana and Warlock arrive in Lila Cheney's mansion in time to notice some magick disturbance. Snaarl arrives at Andrew's flat, where Erica is being fired by phone. As reporters gather downstairs, so comes Zxaxz: the lot runs to the fire escape while Erica scares her spellbinder competitor away. Already losing her mind, she is forced into the car with the others, but Roy and Snaarl decide to remain: they subsequently meet their bandmates and find out they're being heavily promoted as Lila Cheney's openers. At the venue, the two bands meet each other while Zxaxz watches from outside; on the highway, Erica keeps acting loose. Concert time arrives and Roy's band Cataclysm deliver a cheering performance; when Lila Cheney takes the stage, Zxaxz breaks in with only the New Mutants and Snaarl to oppose him as Lila goes on with her spectacular show...

Notes:
Erica recalls Spellbound #2 and #3
