Synopsis:
Hal gets into trouble with the Rocket Reds over Igneous Man; seems GL's gotten into some trouble in the last year w/ various governments, something about a powers treaty of some sort; GA shows up briefly. Also seems that Hal, Cowgirl, and Rocket Man were all P.O.W.s for a month after their planes were shot down, while Hal was not wearing his ring.
Global Guardians not happy with GL's activities of late; Arkillo becomes a member of the Sinestro Corps; and Tomar-Tu crashes into Edwards Air Force base…?
