Beth is nearly kidnapped, but kills to save Jake's life. Winterguild informs Jake he's off the case, and that IDCA agents will arrive to take Beth to safety. Tin Angel kills the agents and replaces them with his own people. Sid recognizes Mercy when she attempts to take Beth into custody, and the trio fend the impostors off, and launch back to earth. Unfortunately, they realize too late that Tin Angel has stowed away, when he reveals himself and hijacks their craft.
