As Lieutenant Jim Corrigan learns that one of his former stool pigeons is dying, he goes to visit him on his death bed. The stool pigeon reveals to Jim Corrigan that he set him up to be murdered by "Gat" Benson and his gang. Infuriated by this, Jim Corrigan enters the man's mind and subjects him to the Spectre's vengeance!
