Synopsis:
Robocop proves himself to be one hundred percent effencient and working properly. Detective Haas and Robocop debate on how the murders and the escape of Crimmins came to be. Meanwhile Crimmins meet with three mysterious strangers. Robocop heads over to Dr.Szyck's house only to face the Robot that broke Crimmins out. After the fight the three strangers call thier friend in the I.R.S., agent Drut.
