Exploring the jungle, Korak and Ahkut meet strange looking alien beings, who fire paralysing beams and capture them. They are taken aboard a flying saucer and abducted to another planet in different solar system. Though unable to move, Korak is able to observe the way that the aliens manipulate the controls of the ship. The paralysis wears off and the pair attack two of the aliens and escape from the ship onto the planet. Korak takes one of their weapons along, and fires it at pursuers. The boy and the ape make it into the jungle, where they come upon a female humanoid being attacked by a giant ant-like creature. Korak uses his bow to dispatch the monster, and the girl agrees to bring him to her tribe. Over the next few days, he learns to speak their language. Thurban, her father, explains that the alien beings arrived from another world and took over their planet, to use as an intergalactic zoo. While they discuss this, a swarm of giant ants travel through their village, forcing all the people hurriedly into the trees. Korak has the idea to use the ants to swarm the aliens' city. He has the men put logs across an electrified zone surrounding the city, which enables the ants, who are chasing the men, to cross into the alien city. The ants are impervious to the stun guns and drive the aliens into their ships. Korak bids Ateena a hasty adieu, and commandeers one of the crafts with his own stun gun. With great difficulty, he manages to bring the craft back to earth, where he hides it in a swamp for possible further use.
