Synopsis: A Gardner Fox science-fiction story that is only incidentally a Batman tale. Bruce Wayne's college roommate who is now Governor Warren is mutating into the next stage of human evolution. As Warren's humanity ebbs away, he leaves a trail of clues for the Dynamic Duo to decipher before it's too late. (A story reminiscent in ways of the OUTER LIMITS episode "The Architects of Fear," which aired September 30, 1963.)
