Synopsis
|
|
Phantom Lady, the cousin of Ted Knight, travels to Opal City in order to find and capture the Praerie Witch, who pulled a robbery at a gala filled with wealthy people back in Washington before starting her crimewave in Opal. Together with Starman, she manages to defeat the Witch and reclaim her lost possessions, as well as the jewelry that has a million dollar reward posted for it, all of which is dedicated to war bonds.
