Star Trek: Deep Space Nine (1996) #15

Contribution History:

2008-04-29 14:11:51 DarthSkeptical Notes On the letter page of this issue, Marvel announced that the series was cancelled. However, they promised a differently-formatted Deep Space Nine series starting in June, 1998. Citing publication delays and a general drop in storytelling quality because of the pressures of meeting monthly deadlines, the new Marvel DS9 run was to have been a limited series, ostensibly because they wished to give their creative team time to develop plots and artwork. The first issue of this new series was to have revolved around what DS9 "was like when the occupation of the station was in full effect".

However, neither this story or another DS9 run ever materialized at Marvel.

2006-02-28 09:50:12 DarthSkeptical Synopsis When he lived aboard the station during the Bajoran occupation, Garak was a member of the ruthless Obisidian Order. Garak's brief included many unpleasant duties--including the disposal of a fellow member of the Obsidian Order.

Now that Terak Nor has become Deep Space Nine, the memories of that murderous mission still linger. They are brought into stark relief by the fact that Garak thinks he has seen the Cardassian woman he thought he had killed walking on the Promenade. Has he merely imagined her, or has she returned from death to exact her revenge upon him?
