Synopsis
|
|
Joe learns of his father's actions and goes AWOL with the suit. Another dream of the original shield haunts Joe. A mercenary, The Weapon, is sent to kill Congressman Beal. Joe breaks up a mugging and saved Bert. Turns out that Bert is a friend of his family and recognizes Joe out of his suit. They decide to go to Washington DC to find a way to find proof of the general's actions.
