Rose becomes friends with a housemate named Gilbert. They go on a road trip to get Jed. Jed is locked in a basement, escaping into strange dreams as much as possible, and Dream is on his way there to retrieve two of his escaped creatures, while The Corinthian is still on the loose, killing.
