2006-02-08 18:51:33 IndieRockLance Synopsis Brick is none too happy about how much meddling the Arrow team has been doing in his affairs lately, so he hires a superpowered villain to draw him out and tire him down while he wrecks havok. However, while the four archers are fighting the evil Texan, he shoves them out the door while the bank he was robbing locks down, trapping Roy inside. As they lay into the "Duke of Oil," they find that he's a cyborg and won't die very easilly. Meanwhile, inside the bank, Arsenal attempts to calm the people held hostage. But, lurking in the ceiling is Constantine Drakon, biding his time before he begins his revenge.
