The End of the Exposition! - CPBelt
After reading Issue 1 and 2, you'll realize that this series really starts with a two-issue back story. Mister Miracle seems to escape from Bedlam just a bit too easily, but the escape fits the story with a touch of humor. With all the exposition over, this issue moves faster than the previous issue. The series is off to a good, humorous start. Recommended 7/10.
