Bio:
Originally a support group in World War 2 for the golden age hero, Citizen "V". After the war, many wartime heroes including the original Angel, Mighty Destroyer, Silver Scorpion, Union Jack (Brian Falsworth), Bucky (Fred Davis), Spitfire, and more, formed a worldwide, underground, secret organization used to combat evil. Run by their Penance Council, the V-Battalion still operates today behind the scenes with their many operatives, which includes the most recent Citizen "V" (John Watkins III, grandson of the original).
