Cain's Hundred   (1962)
Search for 'Cain's Hundred' on eBay

Publisher: Dell

Publication Date: May/Jul 1962 - Sep/Nov 1962

Country: United States

Language: English

Notes:
Based upon the crime drama television series of the same name. The title refers to the 100 members of the mob that Nicholas Cain, a former mob lawyer, has sworn to bring to the FBI after the mob kills his fiancé.

Despite a short, 30 episode run, the program attracted an unusual amount of now-recognizable acting and directing talent. Behind the camera were greats like Irvin Kershner (The Empire Strikes Back) and Sydney Pollack (Tootsie). Guest stars included future Star Trek legends, Leonard Nimoy, DeForest Kelley and Ricardo Montalbán; Sammy Davis, Jr.; Ed Asner; Telly Savalas; future Happy Days mom, Marion Ross; and many others.

Actual publication dates May/Jul - Sep/Nov.
