Bob Burden's Original Mysterymen Comics (1999) #1 One of the funniest comics I have read, I am a fan of twisted humor.   Edit | Delete   Add to my Wishlist
Spacetrawler (2010) #1 I've been reading Spacetrawler online for over a year now and honestly every issue will belong on this list. The writing is superb, character growth and even the ones you hate you'll enjoy watching, the story pulls you in, and you will find yourself growing attached to the art style.   Edit | Delete   Add to my Wishlist
PS238 (2004) #12 I'm a big fan of this series and it's another one I would place all issues as must reads. However, between being a fan of traveling to multiple dimensions and as far as I remember this issue really cemented Tyler as the main character of this series for me, plus some fun foreshadowing for future issues... this issue in particular stands out.   Edit | Delete   Add to my Wishlist
Supercrooks (2012) #4 I enjoyed this Oceans 11 type story, the first three issues were engaging and fun but the fourth issue brought it all together and gave a very satisfying conclusion to this four issue story.   Edit | Delete   Add to my Wishlist
Blood and Water (2003) TPB A different take on vampires, one you'll wish they used more often I think. I loved the characters, loved the story, you really have to read all the issues in this story (which is why I'm listing the trade version).   Edit | Delete   Add to my Wishlist
Age of Reptiles (1993) #1 Wow, who knew that an issue (no, a comic series) could say so much with absolutely no dialogue. The drawings are fantastic, the colors are amazing, blood and violence and characters with personality with not a single word said. Oh yeah, and they're all dinosaurs :)   Edit | Delete   Add to my Wishlist
Area 52 (2001) #4 Fun comic, though to be honest the final issue in this short series tops the previous issues. Plenty of geek references when they totally deck themselves out in the best a secret underground government compound can offer. I did feel the final scene ended a bit too deus ex machina... but still enjoyable.   Edit | Delete   Add to my Wishlist
Detective Comics (2011) #27 Huge fan of the short story "Twenty-Seven" in this issue. The few glimpses we get to see of the Batman of the future each speak of an amazing series.   Edit | Delete   Add to my Wishlist
